Buy One, Get Another 40% Off (“BOGO”) applies to the purchase of two
eligible Bluevua RO systems in a single order. The lower-priced item
will receive 40% off at checkout.

• Discount must be redeemed using the applicable promo code BOGO40 at checkout.
• If both items are returned, you’ll receive a full refund of the original purchase price.
• If only one item is returned, the refund will reflect the discounted price of that item.
• All returns must meet Bluevua’s standard return policy requirements.

This offer cannot be combined with other promotions and may be
modified or ended at Bluevua’s discretion. For assistance, please

1. Offer Details
- Enjoy $100 off orders over $300, $150 off orders over $500, or $210 off orders over $700 during Bluevua’s Halloween Sale.
- To qualify, your cart must include at least one RO system or one RO system bundle.
- Orders that contain only accessories do not qualify for this promotion.
- Discounts are automatically applied at checkout once the order meets the qualifying purchase amount.

2. Exclusions & Limitations
- Offer valid only on eligible products and while supplies last.
- The promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions, or special offers.

Taxes, shipping fees, and gift cards (if applicable) do not count
toward the minimum purchase amount required for the discount.
- Bluevua reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

3. Order Cancellation
- If you choose to cancel your order, Bluevua’s standard cancellation policy will apply.
- Cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

4. Returns & Refunds
To maintain fairness and accuracy of promotional discounts, the following rules apply:
a. Partial Returns Involving RO Systems

If you return or request a refund for one or more items (but not all
items) and the returned items are the only RO systems in your order,
Bluevua will:
- Refund the discounted price of the returned RO system(s).
- Revert the remaining items in your order to their original (non-discounted) price.

b. Returns of Accessories Only
- If you return or request a refund for accessories only, Bluevua will refund the original price of the accessories.

c. Tier Downgrade Adjustments
- If your return or refund causes
the total order value to fall below a qualifying discount tier, the
refund will be adjusted to reflect the new applicable discount level.
Example:
If you placed a $504 order (eligible for $150 off) and later request a
$30 refund, the total order value becomes $474. The order then qualifies
for the $100 off tier instead of $150 off. The refund amount will be
recalculated accordingly.

5. General Terms
- This offer is valid for a limited time during the Halloween promotional period.
- Bluevua’s standard terms of sale, return policy, and warranty terms apply to all purchases made during this promotion.
- In the event of any dispute, Bluevua reserves the right of final interpretation of this promotion and its terms.

Eligibility: Open to customers aged 18+ with a valid shipping address in the United States.

Entry Period: Purchases made between October 15, 2025 at 9:00 AM EST and October 29, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST are eligible.

How to Enter: Purchase any Bluevua RO system on bluevua.com and
include your social media handle in the order notes. Only orders that
include a valid social handle will qualify. Accessory-only purchases are
not valid.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive a limited-edition Labubu collectible. No cash alternative is offered.

Winner Selection: From all eligible entries, the winner will be chosen at random after October 29, 2025.

Notification: Winner will be contacted via DM on the social handle provided with their order.

Returns: If the RO system purchase is returned, the Labubu collectible (if received) must also be returned.

General: This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or associated
