Shipping Policy

We strive to provide fast and reliable shipping services to ensure your order arrives promptly and in perfect condition. We understand the importance of timely deliveries and aim to exceed your expectations. Below are the details regarding our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and other important information.

Order Processing Time

We need 1-3 days to prepare your order. Most packages will be shipped within 2 days, except on weekends and holidays.

Shipping Origin

The package will be shipped from one of our U.S. warehouses closest to your location.

Shipping Area Limits

Our products can be delivered to most states in the United States except Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

International Shipping

We apologize, but we currently do not support international shipping.

Shipping Carriers

We work with four carriers to ensure your order arrives on time: UPS, USPS, FedEx, and Amazon Logistics US. 
Note: We do not accept requests to specify a certain carrier to deliver the package.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be collected in accordance with U.S. tax laws. Customers whose delivery address is within the following states will be charged sales tax at checkout, determined by the local government: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, PA, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI. All taxes collected will be reported and filed with the IRS on time.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost, you must notify us within 30 days of the expected delivery date if it has not been delivered within seven days after the promised or estimated delivery date. This is a requirement of the shipping carriers, and they will not accept claims past this timeframe. Once notified, we will file a claim on any lost package and pursue reimbursement from the carrier on your behalf.

Delivered Packages & Delivery Disputes

If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier but the customer reports that the package was not received, we will first assist by reviewing the carrier’s delivery records and confirming delivery details with the customer.

In cases where the carrier confirms successful delivery to the provided address, shipping costs are considered incurred and are non-refundable.

As part of our effort to resolve delivery-related disputes, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement shipment or a refund of the product price excluding shipping costs.

Free Shipping applies to the cost of standard delivery at checkout, meaning customers are not charged an additional shipping fee for eligible orders. However, once an order has been shipped or marked as delivered, the shipping cost is considered incurred and is not refundable, even if the order originally qualified for free shipping.

This policy applies only to delivery-related disputes and does not affect a customer’s rights under our return, warranty, or defective product policies.
