The items I ordered were replacements. I love your ROPOT and do not drink any other water. I use this water in cooking, watering plants and also give it to my pet! I tell everyone that I know that this system is EXCEPTIONAL!

I love my reverse osmosis . Unfortunately water tank had a crack after few years of wear - tear . This is a replacement. I highly recommend this brand .
