How to find your Amazon order ID

● Log in to your Amazon account.

● Locate the order in "Your Orders"

● Find the order number as shown below:

How to find your Bluevua website order ID

● Log in to your Bluevua account.
● Once logged in, navigate to the "Orders" section.
● Find the order number as shown below:

If you do not have an account:

● Open the email account that you used to place the order.
● Find the order confirmation email.
● The order number will be included in the subject line, formatted like this: Order #1001 confirmed.

How to find your serial number

You can find your Serial Numbers in two places: on the surface of your product and on the cardboard box of your product.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

The manufacturer warranty of the Bluevua product (except for the filters and all other parts or components that require regular maintenance) covers the manufacturer's defects for up to a year from the day of purchase. During the warranty period, we will replace or repair any part which is deemed to be defective. After the warranty period, the customer will need to pay reasonable charges for repair or damage.

This Limited Warranty excludes defects or damage to the product resulting from:

●Install, use, or maintain not in accordance with Bluevua User Guide
●Misuse, accident, improper application
●Unauthorized repair or modification by customer or third party
●Alteration or removal of Serial Number
●Use for commercial purposes
