OMG! Greatest experience ever! I can’t believe how lucky I am to have been able to purchase the descaling kit, and then…AND THEN being given the honor of putting my opinions about it down so that more data could be gathered to shape the predictive sentiment analysis models for future adjustments to the product. If by chance the model says the product is working too well, the guys with the pocket protectors and impressive degrees on their “I Love Me” walls can all sit down together and figure out ways to reduce its quality and capabilities just enough to cut costs but not enough to drive the customers away. I’m so thrilled that I can be a part of this process - imagine…li’l ole me helping redesign a product for greater corporate profits. I feel so proud and this company should feel proud too. Let’s all feel proud together - that’s called inclusivity and it’s the in-thing these days. Anyway, I’m just lucky to be a small part of something great and that’s enough for me.
