FAQ
When should I replace the filter?
Typically, the ROPOT-Lite filter should last for about 12 months or purify around 4000 liters/1056 gallons of water before requiring a replacement. The display panel provides real-time updates on filter lifespan. When all bars are depleted, the filter icons flashes, signaling replacement. We recommend purchasing a replacement filter at the "1" bar and replacing it at the "0" bar.
Why doesn't the filter lifespan indicator reset to full after installing the new filter?
After replacing the filter, the lifespan indicator does not reset automatically to full and will require manual reset. To guide you through this process, please follow the detailed steps outlined from step 6 to step 8 on the above page or check the Manual Guide.
Why is there no water coming out after replacing the new filter?
Please be assured that this is the normal operation of the system. After replacing the new filter, the feed water will initially fill the new filters. Once the filter is adequately moisturized, the water flow will resume and continue to deliver pure drinking water.
Why does only the Flush button light up after replacing the filter?
No worries, this is a standard functioning of the system. Following the replacement of the new filter, the system requires four mandatory flushes to rinse out the protective liquid and activated carbon particles. Once these four flushing cycles are completed, the panel will unlock, and the filter lifespan will be fully reset.
