FAQ
When should I replace the filters?
The PP, CTO, and PCF filters typically last 12 months or 2000 liters/538 gallons, while the RO filter lasts 24 months or 4000 liters/1076 gallons. The display panel provides real-time updates on filter lifespan. When all bars are depleted, corresponding filter icons flash, signaling replacement. We recommend purchasing a replacement filter at the "1" bar and replacing it at the "0" bar.
Why don't the filter lifespan indicators reset to full after installing the new filters?
After replacing the filters, the lifespan indicators do not reset automatically to full and will require a manual reset. To guide you through this process, please follow the detailed steps outlined from step X to step X on the above page or check the Manual Guide.
Why is there no water coming out after replacing the new filters?
Please be assured that this is the normal operation of the system. After replacing the new filters, the feed water will initially fill the new filters. Once the filters are adequately moisturized, the water flow will resume and continue to deliver pure drinking water.
