Order Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days. Most packages are shipped within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

International Shipping

We currently do not support international shipping.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected in accordance with applicable U.S. tax laws.

Customers shipping to the following states may be charged sales tax at checkout based on local tax regulations: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, PA, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.

All collected taxes are reported and filed accordingly.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact the Bluevua Support Team as soon as possible.

Since most orders are processed and shipped quickly, orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled directly. In such cases, the order will ship as scheduled, and we will assist you through the return process by providing a pre-paid return shipping label.

30-Day Risk-Free Returns

We offer a 30-day risk-free return policy for purchases made directly through Bluevua.com.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be disassembled and repackaged in their original condition and packaging.
  • The return policy applies only to orders placed through Bluevua.com.

Returns After 30 Days

After 30 days from the date of receipt, products will be covered under the applicable Warranty Policy.

If you experience any product issues after the return window, please contact the Bluevua Support Team for assistance and technical support.

How to Return a Product

Step 1: Contact Bluevua Support

Before returning any product, please contact our support team. We will respond with return instructions within 24 hours.

Please prepare the following information:

  • Your request
  • Your order information
  • Purchase platform
  • Serial Number (SN#)
  • Shipping address

Step 2: Return Shipping Label

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label. Please attach the label to your package and return the item as instructed.

Step 3: Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund promptly. Refunds are typically credited back to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Broken Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or experiences quality-related issues, please contact the Bluevua Support Team.

We provide:

  • Free returns
  • Replacement products
  • Technical support assistance

Lost Packages

If your package is lost, you must notify us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and no later than seven days after the estimated or promised delivery date.

This timeframe is required by shipping carriers, as claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Once notified, we will file a carrier claim and assist in pursuing reimbursement on your behalf.

Delivered Packages & Delivery Disputes

If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as not received, we will assist by reviewing carrier delivery records and confirming delivery details with the customer.

If the carrier confirms successful delivery to the provided address, shipping costs are considered incurred and are non-refundable.

At our discretion, we may offer:

  • Replacement shipment
  • Refund of the product price excluding shipping costs

Orders that qualified for free shipping are still considered to have incurred shipping costs once shipped or delivered. As a result, shipping costs are non-refundable even if no shipping fee was charged at checkout.

This policy applies only to delivery-related disputes and does not affect customer rights under applicable return, defective product, or warranty policies.

Abuse & Exceptional Circumstances

We reserve the right to decline refunds, replacements, or other compensation where there is clear evidence of:

  • Abnormal ordering behavior;
  • Repeated delivery disputes;
  • Misuse of policies; or
  • Other exceptional circumstances.

Decisions are based on available order information, carrier records, delivery confirmations, and internal review.

This provision applies only to delivery-related disputes and exceptional support circumstances and does not limit customer rights relating to defective products or warranty claims.
