Warranty Policy

The manufacturer warranty of the Bluevua product (except for filters and all other parts or components that require regular maintenance) covers manufacturer defects for up to one (1) year from the original date of purchase. During the warranty period, Bluevua will repair or replace any part determined to be defective at its sole discretion. After the warranty period, the customer may be responsible for reasonable repair or replacement charges.

This Limited Warranty applies only to products:

  • Purchased directly from Bluevua.com or the official Bluevua store on Amazon USA
  • Intended for personal residential use
  • Purchased and used within United States

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, third-party resellers, or through non-U.S. marketplaces, cross-border imports, or gray-market channels are not eligible for warranty coverage.

Marketplace availability alone does not guarantee warranty eligibility. Purchases made through Amazon marketplaces outside of Amazon USA are not covered under the Bluevua manufacturer warranty.

Use of non-Bluevua filters, replacement parts, accessories, or third-party components not authorized or sold by Bluevua may cause product malfunction, reduced performance, leaks, damage, or safety concerns. Bluevua is not responsible for any issues, damages, or warranty claims resulting from the use of unauthorized, counterfeit, incompatible, or imitation products. Use of such products may void this Limited Warranty.

Warranty registration submission and confirmation do not guarantee warranty approval or eligibility. All warranty claims remain subject to verification of:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Authorized purchase channel
  • Product authenticity
  • Serial number validity
  • U.S. warranty eligibility requirements

This Limited Warranty excludes defects or damage resulting from:

  • Installation, use, or maintenance not in accordance with the Bluevua User Guide
  • Misuse, accident, or improper application
  • Unauthorized repair or modification by the customer or a third party
  • Alteration or removal of the serial number
  • Use for commercial purposes
