I love this product. Customer service went out of their way to help me with an address issue beyond what I expected. They were going to make it right.

I really love my ROPOT-Lite, I used to carry 3 and 5 gal water jugs to Walmart to get water. Now I fill the reservoir put it on the machine and in 3 to 5 minutes I have very good drinking water.
C
Love the ROPOT Lite Countertop RO Water System. It was easy to program and get started. Very happy with how quiet it filters the water.

Positive Purchase. I switched from zero water to Bluevua after 5 years. The negatives I was experiencing with zero was, couldn’t clean the pitcher well, I was going through filters fast, plus the cost of filters is high. I wanted to get away from plastic also. I’m thrilled with the new system. The water tastes as clean as the zero water. I love the glass pitcher more than expected. The less water per pitcher plus the rapid refill system is excellent. I can fill my 16 & 32oz cups quickly before running out the door.

So far it's working great and the water taste good, there is a bit of work to it, but that is expected as it's not connected to Plumbing. Being in a rental I can't hook up to Plumbing so this works well. The work to it means you do have to dump the used water out to conserve your filter. It's not a problem to me because I use that water to rinse dishes in anyway
